In the article, “Environmental Impacts of Natural Gas”, the author from Union of Concerned Scientist has addressed the environmental impacts from combustion of natural gas. The burning of natural gas has caused several environmental issues such as air pollution and the effects on land use and wildlife. The author mentioned the burning of natural gas has produced nitrogen oxides which are harmful pollutants. The pollutants have caused health issues such as “asthma, bronchitis, lung cancer, and heart disease” to many of the people in America. Exposure to these harmful pollutants can lead to respiratory health conditions. In the article "What we do and don’t know about the links between air pollution and coronavirus" written by Alistair Lewis, he stated on his view of how air pollution is link with coronavirus. Air pollution has increased the rate of "strokes, heart disease, respiratory illness and more" which has led to high mortality rate. Therefore, it is clear that air pollution and coronavirus are interlink. However, there are other factors as well contributing to corona virus. In highly developed places such as New York City and London where it has high influx of people due to its "extensive global travel connections", it increases the chances of "person-to-person contagion rates”. In urban areas, people also tend to take mass transport system. This means that higher chances of infectious rate.  Dear Professor Brad, The purpose of me writing this formal letter to you is about an introduction about myself and the expectations I have for in this communication module. My name is Tan Jin Han, and I  graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a diploma in mechanical engineering. Currently, I am studying Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering (SIE) of building services in Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). It is truly difficult to explain the concepts of engineering to someone whom has no or little engineering backgrounds. It takes awhile for them to digest it. Vice versa, we as engineers might not understand terms such as "liquidity" in accounting.
